Tag-per-Track / Terms & Privacy
Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 // Version 1.5
1. Temporary Processing & Intellectual Property of Audio Files
Tag-per-Track does not claim any intellectual property rights or ownership over audio files, music demos, vocals, or musical compositions submitted for analysis.
Temporary processing: uploaded audio files or files fetched from a URL are stored temporarily on the server, only for as long as the analysis requires. They are permanently deleted as soon as the report is generated. Tag-per-Track does not keep any audio file.
Technical providers: two steps of the analysis are carried out by external providers, to which audio is sent for that sole purpose. The AI-generation check is performed by AI or Not on a 12-second excerpt of the track. Lyrics transcription, when the user turns this option on, is performed by OpenAI on the full track. These providers process the audio under their own retention terms.
No training, no resale: Tag-per-Track does not use any audio file or transcribed lyrics to train artificial intelligence models, and does not resell or transfer them to third parties. Apart from the technical providers listed above, no file is shared.
2. Personal Data Protection (GDPR / Privacy by Design)
Tag-per-Track enforces a strict data minimization architecture (Privacy by Design).
- IP Addresses: Client IP addresses are processed temporarily to mitigate denial-of-service abuse (rate limiting), validate invisible Cloudflare Turnstile bot challenges, and enforce the one-time Free Trial per visitor.
- Web3 Wallet Addresses & Emails: Public blockchain wallet addresses (EVM Base) are public by design on-chain. Email addresses provided during Stripe Checkout are exclusively utilized to deliver receipts and restore purchased prepaid credits. No personal data is ever sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
- Providers and processing outside the European Union: the technical providers listed in section 1, as well as Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (abuse protection), are established in the United States and may process data there.
In compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations, you retain the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your data by contacting: contact@tag-per-track.cloud.
