1. Pricing Schedule & Payment Methods

• Prepaid Studio Packs (Euros): Studio Starter Pack (€5.00 for 33 credits) and Studio Pro Pack (€15.00 for 100 credits). Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout (Credit Cards, Apple Pay).
• Decentralized Micro-payments (x402): Pay-per-use analyses are settled in USDC on Base Mainnet at 0.15 USDC (standard acoustic & AI integrity analysis) and 0.25 USDC (acoustic analysis with vocal lyrics transcription).
• Credit consumption: 1 credit per standard analysis, 2 credits per analysis with vocal lyrics. Credits are deducted solely upon successful HTTP 200 analysis execution.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and EU digital service regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content or digital services unsealed and executed immediately with the consumer's prior express consent. By purchasing an analysis pack or executing an x402 payment, the user requests immediate service fulfillment and expressly waives their right of withdrawal once credits are consumed or activated.

For Stripe credit card packs where zero credits have been consumed, a full refund request may be submitted within 14 days of purchase to contact@tag-per-track.cloud.

3. Informational Nature of A&R Scoring

The A&R Score, synthetic AI detection verdicts, and Spotify traction metrics are algorithmic decision-support indicators provided for informational purposes only. Tag-per-Track does not guarantee commercial success, record label signing, or streaming performance.
